Bringing together talented young footballers from across the region, teams from the Goulburn Murray Junior League, Murray Football Netball League, and Bendigo Junior Football League competed in a full day of footy across the under-13s, under-14s, under-15s, and under-16s age groups.
The Deni Rams had several football representatives competing for Murray League teams across the four grades.
This included:
Under-13s: Rocky Sztejman.
Under-14s: Ari Strongman, Logan Elphick, Max Burge and Chanze Egan.
Under-15s: Tynen Rothe.
Under-16s: Jai Park.
While the Murray League teams didn’t win any of their games on the day, the Deni Rams players represented their club and league well, among the best performing players on the day.
In particular, Rocky Sztejman, was named Best on Ground for the Murray League in the under-13s opening match against the Goulburn Murray Juniors.
He was also named among the best players against the Bendigo Junior Football League team.
Tynen Rothe was also named in the best six players for the Murray League in both of the under-15 games, and Jai Park was named as one of the best afield in the game against the Goulburn Murray Juniors’ under-16s side.
