It was a scrappy contest from the get-go, with Deni showing a lot of pace on the Demons.
Fraser Pinnuck was a standout for Jerilderie, providing grunt on the inside while also having plenty of polish outside of the contest.
Deni proved just too good in the first quarter leading by a goal.
Jerilderie managed to use the slight breeze in the second quarter to get two early goals, but Rovers hit back and the half-time scoreboard read 30-56 in their favour.
In the second half we saw Bodhi Beasly and Chris Marshall step up to try and get the struggling Demons back on course.
Cal Deoliveria was showing off his pace and skill on the wing racking up plenty of disposals and Rory Knight showed some diversity in the ruck.
But the Rovers continued to build on their lead to score a comfortable win.

Reserves
The reserves had a hard day at the office playing against a strong Deni side.
The backline were under the pump all day but kept battling on.
Ned Beasly and Matt Kendall were strong in defence with Matt playing his first game for the club.
Jack Baker also played one of his best games laying plenty of tackles across the half back line.
Jerilderie was able to get the ball forward but unfortunately couldn’t convert it to scoreboard pressure.
The side is looking forward to having some numbers back this week for the clash with Berrigan.

Fourths
The under-14s team hosted a very strong Deniliquin side at home in round four, and despite the challenging conditions, the young Dees gave a commendable performance.
The Deniliquin team proved to be a formidable opposition, maintaining a strong attacking presence throughout the game, but Jerilderie’s defence stood firm.
The team worked tirelessly to contain Deniliquin’s forwards, only allowing them to score two goals in each of the four quarters.
The effort was outstanding, with players showing impressive grit and determination in the hot, humid weather.
On the offensive side, Jerilderie had multiple forward entries but couldn’t capitalise, managing only three minor scores for the match.
Despite their best efforts, they were unable to break through Deniliquin’s defence for a goal.
While the result didn't go in their favour, the young team can take a lot of pride in their effort and resilience throughout the game.
The players gave it their all, and there’s no doubt their hard work will pay off as the season progresses.
