The Berrigan Seniors were eager to get back on the winner’s list this week as they took on Dookie United at home in Berrigan.

It was a big unknown, being Dookie’s first year in the league so the Saints were left to stick with their game plan.
This worked, with the Saints first to the ball at every point and continuing to pile on pressure between the arcs.
Dookie looked outmatched as Berrigan’s guns fired earning the Saints a 60-point win.
Co-coach Mitch Reilly had his best game of the year, willing the Saints forward from the midfield then working hard when up forward and kicking three goals.
Ollie Hill backed up his tremendous game last week with an even better one. He has been a smooth mover off half back and his lethal change of direction left many Dookie players in his wake.
Rory Bartlett had one of his better outings for 2025 as his ability to hold space proved crucial to both his own performance and his team. Hunter Surrey had another terrific game with his tackling and defensive pressure on point all day.
Keith Tallent and Lochie Conboy both continue their red-hot form and were extremely dangerous with ball in hand.
It was a terrific win that now sees the Saints sitting fifth on the ladder with six wins and three losses.

Reserves:
The Saints were fit and firing this week as they scored an extremely important win over a competitive Dookie United.
They played a team branded game of football with lots of determination for a 25 point win.
Ayden Good earned best on ground after being given a task to go up forward and inject some pace, which he did and kicked three goals.
Mick Fiore did not give an inch in any contest and kicked two goals.
Kyle Hawker was important as a swingman being crucial up forward and down back.
It was a great win by the Saints who now look forward to a big contest against Tungamah next week.

Under-17s:
The thirds had a big challenge with Dookie below them on the ladder only by percentage, but the boys battled hard to come away with a big win.
Captain Jeremy Packer and vice captain Jack Magill led from the front dominating all day.
Final score: Berrigan 8.10 (58) def Dookie United 2.4 (16).
Under-14s:
The young Saints dominated ladder leaders Dookie, coming away 112 to 1 winners.
Jack Phillips was best-on-ground with great ruck work, many contested marks around the ground and bagging three goals.
Hudson Ware played his best game all season, dominating at centre-half-forward.
Nick Arnold and Tully Ryan were at their usual best in the middle, along with Jordan Swann who kicked another eight goals.
Trey Burns went up a level this week, both in the forward and back line, and Dusty Ryan played another stellar game. Well done Saints.
