Playing Thursday night, Jerilderie won the toss and sent Finley in to bat.
Finley got off to a great start with the runs flowing off about 10 overs, the Cats were already at around a total of 60.
Josh Bakes (44) and Jono Cattell (43) smashed the ball all over the ground.
At drinks, the Cats were 4-122.
After drinks, the runs kept flowing with the King brothers batting well.
Jonty was the first of them to go out for 37, Harrison soon followed for 38.
Finley finished their innings with a whopping 8-236 off their 40 overs.
Jerilderie came out with a bang and piled on the runs.
The Cats’ key bowlers were Harrison King (4-30) and Justin Crowley (2-25).
The Cats ended up bowling Jerilderie out for 189, to win by 47 runs.
C-grade
Finley C-grade played Katamatite at Finley.
Finley won the toss and elected to bat, and opened with Matt Clarke and Lenny Dattoli.
The Cats lost a couple of wickets early.
At 2-21, Clarke and Will Sexton were able to keep the scoreboard ticking over.
Sexton fell soon after, bringing Murray Urquhart to the crease.
Clarke (23) and Urquhart (26) kept the scoreboard ticking over before both were eventually dismissed.
The Cats lost three quick wickets and were 8-88 before Russell Anderson and Jacob Armer put on a 24 run partnership, with Armer hitting a couple of boundaries.
Armer was dismissed for 18 and the Cats were 9-112.
Judd Clarke, in his first senior game, joined Anderson at the crease.
The pair put on a 25 run partnership before Anderson was dismissed for 24.
Judd Clarke was not out on eight and hit his first four in senior cricket.
Finley were all out for 137.
Finley started well with the ball, with Magill getting his first wicket thanks to a one-handed catch from Russell Anderson.
Katty lost early wickets and were at 4-47, and were eventually dismissed for 99 all out.
The Cats bowled tight lines with the wicket takers including Magill (3-12), Shibin Benny (3-31), Murray Urquhart (1-8), Matt Clarke (1-10), Anthony King (1-9) and Lenny Dattoli (1-11).
