Carroll to coach Jerilderie

He has played in four premiership sides with Ganmain Grong Grong Matong, one of them as coach.

Carroll comes highly qualified having a further eight years of coaching experience across a number of clubs.

Winning multiple club Best and Fairest awards, there is no doubt he will drive standards and move the club forward in a strong manner.

The club said that throughout the selection process it was clear that Carroll’s motivation, standards and desire to achieve the highest success as a club was what Jerilderie was after and “we are extremely excited to see what the future holds”.

“It is clear throughout his football journey that he sees it not only to be a senior coaching role, but also a role as a leader of the club from juniors all the way through.”

Carroll said he is “still learning about the playing group and is excited to build on the potential at the club, putting further ideas and structures in place.”
