A disappointing turnout on Sunday saw a win for Merylyn Milthorpe and Greg Williamson on 18 and 17 (35).
Runners-up on 15 and 16 (31) were Georgie Agnew, Peter Manning, and Ian Day.
Tuesday's winners on 17 and 16 (33) were Joe Carnivale, Naz Carnivale, Betty Clancy and Jan Webber.
Runners-up on 17 and 4 (21) were Georgie Agnew, Wendy Dunbar, and Glenda Willett.
Thursday's social bowls was a tie, with Jan Webber, Margaret Watson, Georgie Agnew, and Betty Clancy winning on count back with a score of 16 and 4 (20).
Runners-up were Joe Carnivale, Pauline, Ian Day, and Merylyn Milthorpe.
COROWA CIVIC BOWLS CLUB
Due to the extreme heat for the past 10 days, there wasn’t any pennant played in either Midweek or Weekend Pennant last week.
This week will be round 13 – A1 play Myrtleford at home, B1 will play their game at Yarrawonga and B2 are home to YMGCR.
The following week, on February 10, Round 14 will be the last for the season before finals start the following week on Tuesday, February 17.
At this stage A1 are sitting in 7th position, B1 are in 5th position and B2 are in 7th position.
A2 will be home to Commercial, B2 play away at Howlong against Howlong/Rutherglen and B3 are home to Lavington.
With only one round to play A2 are sitting in 4th position, B2 are in 2nd place, and B3 are in 8th place.
Corowa Civic Bowls Club would like to wish all teams a good last round.
Business House and Sporting Club’s Fours start this Wednesday evening at 6.30pm for the next four weeks.

Entries are now open for the Men’s and Ladies 75 up handicap singles.
The first round will be on Sunday 1st March at 9.30am.

The 80 Club Draw will take place on Sunday 15th February.
There are a few tickets left, so phone Sue Dawson, on 0477 063 122, if you would like to be in the draw.
There is an entry sheet at the club if you would like a fun game of bowls and will be attending lunch for catering purposes.
Bowls will start at 10.30am, with the draw taking place after lunch.
Col Hendran is taking entries for the 3 Day Easter Tournament.
On Friday, April 3, is 2 bowl Triples; Saturday, April 4, is 3 bowl Pairs; and Sunday, April 5 will be 2 bowl Triples.
The Ladies Open Fours Tournament will take place at the Civic Bowls Club, commencing Wednesday, May 6, for 2 days.
