Shepparton police circulated an image of the vehicle doing a burnout near the Terminus Hotel on the afternoon of Saturday, May 7.
In custody: Police have now seized the vehicle but are still looking for witnesses to come forward.

Police said the driver, 27, was arrested and charged with reckless conduct while his car was impounded for 30 days.
