The Tocumwal Railway Heritage Museum is now open each Saturday from 10am to 3pm. Entry is $5 for adults, and children are free.
Pop in and have a look at all the photos of Tocumwal’s rail history.
Also on display are old items and memorabilia guaranteed to bring back memories.

Registrations are now open for the Tocumwal Lions Whole Town Garage Sale.
To be held on Saturday, October 7, this is a great opportunity to clear out some things in your home.
Registrations will be held at the Lions Function Rooms on Friday, September 22 from 4 to 6pm, Saturday, September 23 from 9am to noon, and Thursday, September 28 from 4pm to 6.30pm.
The cost to register is $20 per garage sale, or $10 for a table/space at the Lions Function Rooms.
All funds raised will go to the Australian Lions Childhood Cancer Research Foundation (ALCCRF).

Tocumwal Football Netball Club held its AGM last week.
All positions were declared vacant and the election of office bearers was as follows: president - Greg Watmore; general manager - Dennis Sutton; treasurer -Katrina Chellew; football vice president - Peter Harrison and netball vice president - Tanya Saraikin.
On the general committee are Zoe Watmore, Nathan O’Connell, Sarah Arklay, Jacinta Brunskill, Mick East, Ben Wilson, Kylie McGill, Leiann McKenzie and Deb Burke.
The TFNC would like to acknowledge and thank their outgoing committee for their contribution and outgoing president Matt Petersen for his leadership over the last two years.

Berrigan Shire Council has introduced a new way to pay rates and water bills.
They have set up workshops around the shire with a step-by-step demonstration of the process on setting up and using the new system - ‘Payble’.
Council staff will be available for you to ask questions, help you get set up and ensure that your payment method is right for you.
The first Toc session was yesterday, with another to be held Thursday, September 21, from 3pm to 4pm at the Tocumwal Library.
