Tocumwal Lions Club will be holding its annual Junior Public Speaking competition this Sunday, June 25.
Students are from years three to six and attend Tocumwal Public School, Sacred Heart School, and Oaklands Public School.
The speech topics this year are fantastic - years threes and fours are using their imaginations to create a new world with “Oh no, you've turned into a giant!”, and years five to six are delving deep into “Strange World records set in History”.
The competition starts promptly at 2pm at the Lions function rooms in Adam Street, with afternoon tea to follow.
Parents, families, and teachers are all invited to hear these amazing young speakers.
