Ellen Browne has set up a great new initiative known as ‘Homemakers Swap’, which will be on the first Sunday of every month.
It will be where people share something they’ve each made over a coffee at a cafe in town, and this could be anything from bread to candles, cookies, homegrown veggies, flowers, ceramics, honey, eggs and so much more, there are so many possibilities.
Join the Facebook group or contact Ellen if you would like to join, on 0428 106 795.

The Coleambally Garden Club recently enjoyed a lovely afternoon and delicious lunch at the Narrandera Garden Club friendship luncheon.
Members from Griffith and Leeton clubs also attended.
There was an excellent presentation on ‘How to garden smarter not harder’, with everyone going away with some excellent ideas.
A trip to Narrandera would not be complete without a visit to The Shady Gum Nursery for some sampling and purchases.
The next outing will be to the Leeton Garden Club friendship day on Saturday, July 19, with another very enjoyable day with gardening friends on the cards.
Contact Marlyn Laurie if you are interested, on 0417 548 817
