Year 5 showed their acrobatic talents in Puss in Boots.
It was standing room only when Tocumwal Public School staged its production at the Memorial Hall in front of a packed crowd of family and friends.

The audience of more than 500 revelled in the music and dancing performed by students across all year levels.
Each class presented a fun filled dance showcasing a well known fairytale.
The Kindergarten class set the tone for the night performing Snow White, receiving a cheer that would have been heard all around town.
The smallest of the TPS students sang and danced as the cutest of dwarves, a wicked witch and beautiful Snow White.
Next up was Year 1 who showcased the Three Little Pigs with those naughty wolves blowing down the straw and stick houses but coming undone with the brick house.
Year 2s followed with the classic Jack and the Beanstalk, which included a massive beanstalk which Jack cut down with his trusty chainsaw.
The Year 3 students brought the Three Billy Goats Gruff to life, trip trapping over the bridge trying to avoid the dastardly trolls.
The crowd started to rock when Year 4 cleverly told the story of Red Riding Hood using classics like ‘Bad Moon Rising’ and ‘I Will Survive’.
Year 5 brought out the back bending acrobatics of Puss in Boots as he fought the evil characters in make believe land.
Year 6 performed a modern twist on Cinderella with a script written by teacher Nathan Haley, full of wit and humour bringing laughs from the large audience.
Principal Darren White said the large crowd was loud in its appreciation of the students’ efforts.
“It was fantastic to see the smiling faces of the children on stage having fun performing for their family and friends.
“I am immensely proud of everyone at TPS and a huge congratulations goes to the students and their teachers who created their own performances and to production coordinator Nicole Laker who wrote the joining script and brought the show together.
“Well done also to sound engineers Nathan Haley and Beth Hatty who had the music and microphones operating seamlessly throughout the night.
A thank you also goes to the parents for working with the class teachers to provide their children with the amazing costumes. I look forward to what the students bring next year.“
