Serving as an exciting and dynamic finale to the Benalla Festival program, this year’s line-up features nine shortlisted films selected from over 80 national and international entries, including incredible works from Ukraine and France.
With run times ranging from three to 15 minutes, the program offers something for everyone.
Featured films include:
• Unverified: A light-hearted expedition through New Zealand by local filmmaker Hayley Warnock.
• Trading Cards: An enigmatic animated story by previous Benalla Shorts winner Radheya Jang, following a man’s journey back in time to find his younger self.
This year’s judges are veterans of the stage and screen Bruce Hunt-Hughes and Krista Vendy
“The Benalla Shorts team would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the local community for your unwavering support over the past 12 years,” organisers said.
