One of the most significant dates on the school calendar, the gathering welcomes local students, families and members of the little chevies community alongside staff and students travelling from sister school OLSH College Bentleigh in Melbourne.
Proceedings start with a short liturgy at 10:30am, bringing families, friends and visitors together to celebrate a shared spirit of faith, community and service before the main festivities kick off.
Running from 11am until 2pm, the open-to-all event features an array of student-led food stalls, sweets, popcorn, fun games, a plant stall and interactive activities.
All money raised throughout the day will directly assist projects led by the OLSH sisters in South Sudan, providing vital educational opportunities, local support and resources to vulnerable communities.
Principal Lisa Hitchcock said the day stands as a practical expression of faith, compassion and connection, showing students how small acts of generosity create meaningful change across the globe.
