Just a reminder that the annual World Day of Prayer which is taking place on Friday, March 6 will be hosted this year by St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Denison St, Finley and an invitation is extended to all interested in attending.
This year, the spotlight will be on the country of Nigeria.

The first Finley Uniting Church movie morning for the year will take place at the Church Hall tomorrow, February 19, at 10am. This usually finishes around 12 to 12.30pm.
An invitation is extended to residents of Finley and the surrounding area to go along and enjoy a relaxed morning while watching a great movie. All are welcome.
This is a great opportunity to catch up with old friends and make new ones.

There is a change to the Mass times for the Catholic Parish of St. Joseph’s Church, Jerilderie incorrectly reported in last week’s column.
Jerilderie Mass times are 6pm on the first Saturday of each month and 8.30am on Sunday morning for remaining weekends.
