There was a total yarding of 6264 and total sales amounted to $1, 354,445.60, for an average price of $216.60.
This included a handy selection of fed lambs but no big export weights over 30kg, the best lambs mostly being heavy trades.
Quality then drifted down into general trades and light lambs.
Price results matched recent sales, with the best processing lambs trending near and above 1100c/kg cwt, and the general run from about 1000c to 1080c/kg depending on quality and presentation.
The heaviest lambs sold from $280 to a top of $328/head, while the main run of heavy trade crossbreds in the 24-26kg cwt range sold from $258 to $289/head to hold an estimated average of 1080c/kg cwt.
Plainer and mixed trade lambs mostly $238 to $255/head.
A small pen of heavier Merino lambs in a skin sold to $270/head, but there was a lot of lighter lines which sold from $96 to $170/head.
Dorper lambs sold to $288/head.
The light lambs were mixed for breed and type, the better framed and quality pens mostly $190 to $235/head.
Very small or secondary light lambs from $82 to $150/head.
The sheep sale had some heavy crossbred and meat ewes, albeit in small numbers as they were mainly the dry ewes pulled out of recently scanned lots and made from $230 to a top of $273/head.
Merino ewes with a pelt to $260.
Trade and lighter sheep mostly $170 to $220/head.
The estimated cost for most grades of mutton was 730c to 800c/kg cwt.
