The now annual event saw a great array of items up for grabs on the night, together with an injection of funds from its host.
I believe the overall take home figure was around $3000.

Mathoura has lost yet another popular member of its community, with the passing of Barbara Childs this week.
While Barb had been a resident of Deniliquin’s Navorina Nursing Home for many years, she was never short of visitors.
And when family or friends brought her back to Mathoura for a visit, there were always lots of people who caught up with her at the club.
Barb was 84 years old.
A funeral mass for her will be held next Thursday at St Brigid’s Catholic Church at 11am, followed by a burial at the Mathoura Lawn Cemetery.
Barb was the loved wife of Garry (dec), and a dearly loved mother of Martin, Angela (dec), Bernard (dec), Carmel, Noeline, Brendan and Geraldine.
