Members recently attended the Riverina Regional Awards Ceremony in Wagga Wagga after being nominated for Riverina Volunteer Team of the Year.
These awards, now in their 19th year, are held annually to recognise and celebrate the outstanding work of volunteers from communities across the Riverina.
This year, the committee has successfully redeveloped the garden at the Tocumwal Hospital, with the generous support of many individuals and groups within the community.
Volunteers deserve our thanks and appreciation for the dedication and the contribution they make to our communities.

With our local children heading back to school this week, please remember to slow down in school zones.
The 40km/h school zones are in force on all days which are not a weekend, a public holiday, or a publicly notified school holiday for government schools.
The school zones in our area operate from 8am to 9.30am and from 2.30 to 4pm and are a massive help in protecting children on their journey to and from school.
