Both the Anglican and Uniting churches have pancake day activities coming up.
St Aidan’s Anglican Church invites the community to their Family Pancake Evening on Tuesday, February 13, at St Aidan’s Church grounds.
The cost of the two-course meal and drinks is $20 for adults and $10 for children under 12.
The evening will start at 6pm.
It will be a great evening to come and share a meal. All welcome.
The Uniting Church is celebrating pancake day this Sunday, February 11, in Cox Hall.
The service begins at 10am, and pancakes will start being cooked at 11am.
They will be served with Ice cream and maple syrup or lemon, bananas or strawberries.
The cost is $10, and this covers seconds and tea or coffee.
People may attend the service or come at 11am to enjoy pancakes and socialising. All welcome.

Barefoot Bowls is back, every Wednesday evening from 6.15pm for 6.30pm start.
It will run for six weeks, with tonight being the first night and March 13 the last night.
Grab your friends or workmates and form a team of three.
New bowlers are especially welcome, and bowls are available.
The cost is $10 per evening, with a free sausage sizzle after play.
