A 22 year-old man has been charged with firearm and drug offences as a result.
Police confirmed the arrest, made Thursday, related to an investigation into the supply of prohibited drugs in the Deniliquin area which began in May.
At a Poictiers St home in Deniliquin, police allege to have seized cocaine, cannabis, more than $5000 cash, two sets of handcuffs, two gel blaster rifles and ammunition.
The man arrested at the scene has been charged with 12 offences, including supply prohibited drug more than indictable and less than commercial quantity, deal with property proceeds of crime less than $100,000 and goods suspected stolen in/on premises.
Police also charged him with two counts of possess unregistered firearm-not pistol/prohibited firearm, possess or use a prohibited weapon without permit, and possess ammunition without holding licence/permit/authority.
Drug related charges levelled at the man include owner/occupier knowingly allow use as drug premises, organises/conducts/assists drug premises, found on/entering/leaving drug premises and two counts of possess prohibited drug.
The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Deniliquin Local Court on August 13.
