Sitting directors Phillip Snowden and Lachlan Marshall have both been returned in the member director elections.
The unsuccessful candidates were Michael Clark and Brendan Barry.
Results were declared on Monday.
Mr Snowden, who is the current chair, was elected first with just over 55 per cent of the total voted received (607 votes) in count one.
Mr Barry showed a promising early lead for the second spot in count one, after count two it was Mr Marshall who was elected with 575 votes.
The directors-elect will officially begin their four year terms immediately after the completion of the company's 2025 AGM, which is being held on Thursday, November 27.
The voting for the 2025 Member Director Election was conducted electronically through independent third-party voting service provider, Vero Voting, and was open to all eligible shareholders.
