NSW SES Coleambally relies on volunteers and community support to keep people safe.
Here’s how you can help:
• Join as a volunteer - people are needed for storm response, chainsaw operations, boating operations, admin, and equipment maintenance. No experience? The SES provides full training.
• Be prepared - secure loose items, clean gutters, avoid flooded roads, and follow SES warnings.
• Support & share – follow the SES on social media, spread safety messages, or donate to help the SES stay ready.
Visit https://www.ses.nsw.gov.au/volunteer/unit-volunteer to learn more and get involved.

Do you have cans and bottles that can be recycled? The Coly Bowling Club has containers at the back of the club.
If you just throw them out rather than recycling them, please drop them off to the club, so bowls members can recycle them and gain much needed funds

Stubble burning in autumn reminders:
The easiest way is to download the stubble burning app - https://www.rga.org.au/stubble-burning-app.
People are legally obliged to notify their neighbours and the NSW RFS at least 24 hours before you light up. Go to https://nswrfsprod.service-now.com/guardian_csp.
