The event will be held this Saturday between 5am and 6pm, followed by a presentation.
Fishing is to be in the Murray River between Smither’s Beach and Ulupna Island and is strictly a catch and release competition.
The entry fees are $25 per adult (16 years and older), and $10 for juniors (5 to 15 years).

There are great prizes in junior and adult categories.
A pre-competition registration event along with collection of ‘tag packs’ will be held at Tattersalls Hotel Tocumwal on Friday from 5pm.

The Tocumwal Pony Club will be running a barbecue at the old boat ramp on Saturday for the Tocumwal Fishing Classic.
A crew from the club will be there from 5.30am cooking bacon and egg sandwiches for the early birds and sausages and burgers for the not so early birds.
This will be a great fundraiser for the Pony Club and your support would be appreciated.

These are a free calendar compiled by the Sacred Heart School Auxiliary with a fantastic range of sponsors.
The Tocumwal Library is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9.30am to 5.30pm, closing for lunch between 12.30pm and 1pm.
Friday opening hours are 9.30am to 12.30pm, and the library is also open the first and third Saturday of each month from 9.30am to noon.
