Another birthday of note is that of Pat Curtin, who celebrated her 97th birthday on August 15. Pat enjoyed the company of family and friends, and lovely Pavlova at the Jerilderie MPS, where she has been a resident for a couple of years. Best wishes Pat.

Jerilderie hospitality venues were kept busy over the weekend, with many people in town for the funeral last Friday of Tony Herrick.
Tony received a fitting farewell at St Joseph’s Catholic Church on Friday, with ongoing celebrations and reminiscences of his life shared over the next few days.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Sadie and family.
