Paintings by Jerilderie artist Roslyn Lockhart are on exhibition at the Leeton Museum and Art Gallery, featuring portraits of admirable women from our region.
A number of Jerilderie people travelled to Leeton for the official opening of the exhibition on Saturday, May 14, joining members of Ros’s extended family, and some of the “subjects” of the exhibition.
The display has been on show since May 6, and will be open until June 11.
The gallery, which is open from 10am to 3pm Mondays to Saturdays, is opposite the Hydro Hotel in Leeton.
Congratulations to Roslyn who has produced a mighty body of work. It is well worth a visit. Next stop The Archibalds!

Thanks have been expressed to everyone who supported the Red Cross appeal for the Lismore floods, and particularly to the seven local members of Red Cross.
