General security water currently sits at 754 gigalitres, representing an average of 45 per cent of entitlements, though individual account balances may differ.
A six per cent increase also also been received in the Murrumbidgee Valley, which brings allocation up to 27 per cent.
Combined with the average carryover of 16 per cent, total water availability is 43 per cent.
The increases comes on the back of improved storage inflows, lower evaporation rates and reduced delivery losses.
In the Murrumbidgee, the outlook suggests a wetter inflow condition over the coming months.
In the Murray, the Bureau of Meteorology's seasonal flow forecast for Hume Dam has been unavailable since July 6.
However, alternative forecasting methods using Murray River measurements at Biggara indicate inflow patterns are expected to track close to historical median levels from September to November 2025.
The Lower Darling Regulated River Water Source has maintained full allocation since July 1, 2025, with no scope for additional allocations in this water year.
