Tocumwal’s Lucy Bourchier will represent the Southern Riverina at the Lions Youth of the Year District Final after winning the zone final on Sunday.

Hosted by the Berrigan Lions Club at the CWA Rooms in Chanter St, Lucy competed against Cassandra Renneberg from Berrigan and Georgia Webb from Finley.
The three young ladies spoke on two impromptu topics then a prepared topic to a captivated audience in what was an interesting and close contest — especially so close to International Women’s Day.

Lucy proceeds to the District Final on Sunday, March 24, to be held at 2nd Scout Group Hall in Eames St, Albury.
