The young A-grade girls hit the court for the last game of what has been a tough season.
They had a great first half, however some strategic changes by the girls saw our tallest player hit the centre and the shortest to defence.
It was great to see the girls show versatility in the second half, with loads of smiles and laughs.

What a beautiful day in paradise to play netball. It was a day to just get the job done.
The juniors of the side - Elena Mulham, Makayla Finn and Hazel Glowrey - stood up strong when asked to take the court.
Britt Kirby had a strong game in centre after her injury scare last week.
Plenty of turnovers in our defensive end lead to many goals by Simone Lumbar, Georgia Van Lieshout and Makayla Finn.
Enjoy the week off ladies because it will be a tough finals series, which starts in two weeks.

Despite this week being another tough physical game, C-grade fought hard the whole game to bring home another win.
The girls applied defensive pressure down the entire court, which created consistent turnovers and created new play.
It was a great end to the home and away season for C-grade.

Wet and slippery conditions made it hard to refine and polish our skills today.
We were able to adjust well and steady our game, keeping control for all four quarters.
What a great way to end the home and away season.

A cold and wet start for our girls today meant that we had to adjust our usual fast paced game.
Despite the slippery conditions we were able to create many turnovers, which our shooters were able to convert into goals.
The rain couldn’t dampen our positivity, and it turned out to be a great win for the last game of the home and away season.

The girls had a cold and rainy game, with everyone adjusting well to the wet conditions.
Award winners this week included, Kate Jenkins who had plenty of drives and passes with a solid effort overall.
All three midcourt players - Miley McCully, Eliza Atley and Hazel Glowrey - provided well-structured play throughout the entire game.

Under-13s: Deni Rovers 28 def Picola 2.
Despite the wet conditions, the girls were able to settle and take control of the game with short, sharp passes and accurate shooting.
Defence was strong as always.

What a great way to finish off a great year. The future looks bright for our young Roos.
