Berrigan’s Red Cross branch closes

By Southern Riverina News

It is with disappointment that due to COVID-19, the Berrigan Red Cross Branch has taken the steps to close the Op shop until further notice.

The health and safety of volunteers is upmost and Red Cross appeal to its wonderful supporters not to leave clothing or household items outside the shop.

Please note that the bin has been removed.

The street stall scheduled for March 27 has also been cancelled.

Further information is displayed at the shop entrance.

The health and well being of Men’s Shed community is a high priority and disappointingly Berrigan Men’s Shed will be closed until further notice.

The Community Garden is open for business and the committee advise that there are pumpkins and spaghetti squash picked on the veranda for the community to take.

There are also eggplant ready to pick for those who would like them.

Please help yourself to produce as the committee don't like wasting food.
