It is open 50 weeks of the year, from 7am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, supporting the diversity of employee needs within the community.
Finley Early Learning Centre prides itself on passionate and highly qualified local educators, offering a pre-school program and access to an early childhood teacher at all times.
Experienced and qualified educators provide specialised programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) including a specialised pre-school program, aimed at preparing the children for school and beyond.
The EYLF is an outcomes based curriculum, including outcomes based around identity, community, wellbeing, communication and learning.
We actively promote and plan activities based around these outcomes, in collaboration with children and families.
We take great pride in our centre and continually evaluate our program and policies.
We are very conscious of making sure children are stimulated and challenged, and above all, that they feel loved and secure within our centre.
The passion for early childhood is evident throughout our centre with the home-like atmosphere which enables children to feel comfortable within their learning environment.
We honour partnerships and bonds that we create with the children’s families to work together to achieve the best outcome for each individual child’s lifelong learning journey to be a positive one.
We are excited to learn along with the children about different cultures to help expand our global knowledge and allow the children to be exposed to different ways people live and learn around the world.
We look forward to being able to engage in our local community and explore the vast range of learning experiences the local area has to offer.
We have an open door policy and welcome all guests to come through to have a look at our fantastic facility.
