The Saints looked formidable from the off, kicking six goals in the first quarter to get the match on their terms, only allowing two goals for the day and none in the second half.
Ted Walliss kicked seven goals in a spectacular display, with Harley Middleton also on fire with six.
Tim Cooper, Kyle McQualter and Matt Ross were other standouts, with Scott Sutton, Kevin VandenGoor and Dale Boswell good for the Swans.

Berrigan dominated out of the midfield and were able to feed the mercurial Walliss at will for his bag of seven.
Middleton’s six majors were impressive, playing out of the midfield to eventually be named best on ground.
Cooper and McQualter were again dominant from the backline with their run and ability to hit targets while Ross rose a level playing from centre half back.
Matt Heazlewood stepped up from the reserves and put in a good showing around the ground.
The Saints reserves remain undefeated, posting another win to the tune of 81 points.
George Stevenson graced Berrigan with one of his cameo appearances and he did not disappoint his fans being named best on ground.
Up forward it was Cody Heazlewood who did most of the damage kicking five while Ben Fox kicked three with his blistering speed off the wing.
Two goals went to Damon Ferguson, Tyson Marett and Ged Towler.
Jarren Osborn had another great game out of the centre along with his fearless leader in Noel Baxter.
Steve Morgan was again destructive with his run from the backline.

Missed shots on goal proved costly for Berrigan’s fourths, defeated by four points on Saturday.
Trailing by 23 points at half time, the Saints fought their way back into the contest in the second half, closing the gap to 13 points by the final break.
Berrigan had most of the play in the last with five scoring shots to one, but an inaccurate 1.4 to Katunga’s 0.1 wasn’t enough to pinch a come from behind win.
Final score, Katunga 5.5 (35) to Berrigan 4.7 (31).
Hamish Cameron was Berrigan’s best player with three goals.
He was well supported by Darcy Pyle, Mathew Whelan, Nick Arnold , Caleb Thornton and Farron Urrutia.
