A 45 year-old Berrigan man is to appear in court on two separate traffic offences, after being stopped by police at Finely on Friday.
Police said they stopped a car for allegedly speeding on the Riverina Highway near Finely about 6.15pm Friday.
Police estimate it was being driven at least 10km above the 100km/h speed limit.
Further investigations revealed the male driver’s licence had been disqualified. He was not eligible to reapply for his licence until after April 19 his year.
The driver is expected to appear in Finely Local Court on the charges.
