Nose gunner’s life honour
Local returned serviceman Norm Wilson was recently awarded Honorary Life Membership of B-24 Liberator Memorial Australia Inc, with the inscription reading ‘RAAF B-24 Liberator crew member - Through Norman’s selfless service and that of many others A72-176 Relives’.
