Four retailers, one phone call — making Mother’s Day easy.Karen Lane from Finley RS Club said as the club was unable to host its normal dine-in and entertainment specials this year, they wanted to come up with something creative that would make a Mother’s Day in isolation one to remember.‘‘We wanted something different that would make our mum’s feel special, while also incorporating other local businesses,’’ Ms Lane said.‘‘We like to support other businesses as much as possible, and this was the perfect opportunity to include some beautiful flower arrangements from Wren Floralista and balloons and party decorations from Finley Party Hire & Chasing Sane Studio.‘‘We also have Mess with Jess contributing with her delicious grazing boxes that have been so well received around town.‘‘Our mums have been extra busy of late, juggling the everyday tasks on top of home schooling, stay at home holidays, so it’s nice to offer something extra special for them this Sunday.’’The Finley RS has curated hamper boxes ready for you to whip up a gourmet breakfast in a flash. Think smoky bacon, free range eggs, house baked sourdough and beans. For the sweet tooth there is buttery croissants, Nutella, home made jam and that all important cup of T2 tea.There is even a greeting card for you to personalise.Take-out meals are also available from the Finley RS Club this Sunday.The gourmet pizzas created by the culinary crew from hand stretched dough and fresh toppings of lamb, pork belly, potato and blue cheese are proving to be popular. And with free, zero contact delivery or pick up options, dinner has never been easier.‘‘It has been a challenging but enjoyable time for the club; we’re having to think outside the box with how we can be there for our members and local residents alike,’’ catering manager Kate Murray said.‘‘Our new menu hosts easy and approachable food selections, but with enough pizazz so it feels like you’re getting at fabulous dining experience from the comfort of home.‘‘And you don’t have to pick up a pan or get out of your PJs, so that’s a win!
