The Mowers were on the back foot early as opener Jon Laughlin hammered a superb 43 for Echuca in the clash at Echuca College.
But after he was the first batsman to fall at 57, the Echuca line-up folded up quicker than a card table.
Echuca lost 10 for 12, with Geordie Teasdale (4-7), Mark Van Poeteren (2-3) and Cameron Edge (2-6) doing the bulk of the damage.
Moama had few issues in the chase as Van Poeteren made a stylish unbeaten 41 to overhaul the target in 18.1 overs.
Stanhope defeated Tongala by five wickets.
Blake Jorgensen scored 42, but the Blues could muster just 85 as Scott Marshall (3-4), Steven Hall (2-5) and Dylan Morris (2-13) bowled well.
Stanhope was never seriously in trouble during the chase thanks to Jack Hepburn (39) and Shannon McMahon-Kinnear (30).
Manimani Paulo (2-13) was the pick of the Tonny bowlers.
Kyabram Fire Brigade dispatched Rochester by eight wickets.
Rochy was bowled out for 52 after electing to bat at Windridge Oval despite 23 from opener Nathan Whipp.
Chris Cleveland (4-8) was on song for the Flames, with Steven Grima (3-13) and Phil Carroll (2-9) also accurate.
Kaleb Williams (35) did most of the heavy lifting in the chase as Kyabram Fire Brigade overhauled the target in 11.4 overs.
D-GRADE
Rushworth defeated Tongala by 83 runs at Rushworth in the Peter Raglus Shield.
Brett Pateman set the tone for the Tigers with an unbeaten 51, while Jarryd Shepherd (38 not out) and the man the grade is named in honour of, Peter Raglus, scoring 31.
The Blues were bowled out for 74 in reply.
Opener Luke Buchanan top-scored with 25, as Josh Francis (3-4) and Charlie McLean (3-14) bowled well for Rushworth.
BLU defeated Cooma by 21 runs at Cooma.
Captain Tom Isedale scored 49 as the Lions posted 128.
Noah Stevens (3-30) was the leading light with the ball for Cooma, although Joe Holloway (2-11) and Bailey Hiscock (2-21) also enjoyed multiple successes.
Roger French provided the backbone of Cooma’s reply with a patient 26 (from 104 deliveries), but the home side fell short, reaching 8-107 in reply.
Josh Felmingham (3-23) impressed and Isedale completed a memorable match, taking 2-20.
