Shire general manager Rowan Perkins said the blocks as part of the Railway Park project are among the biggest available in the shire.

Four new residential development blocks have been made available in Finley, with two already sold.

Berrigan Shire recently released the four 750m2 residential blocks in Lewis Court as part of the Railway Park development, which includes Lewis Crt and Malone Mews.

It increases the number of residential blocks released by the shire since 2000 to 16.

Shire general manager Rowan Perkins said the blocks as part of the Railway Park project are among the biggest available in the shire.

‘‘This brings in new housing to Finley and hopefully new people,’’ Mr Perkins said.

‘‘There’s plenty of land there so if we sell all of these we might do some more.

‘‘We wouldn’t do them all at once but we have enough land to build up to 40 more residential blocks on Lewis Court and Malone Mews, when the demand is there.’’
