Guest speaker Pat Lawson will speak about his role as a mental health advocate.

When you’re at the Feel Good in Finley event, make sure you take up the opportunity to listen to some of the expert speakers or take part in the demonstrations on the day.

Guest speakers secured for the expo will touch on mental health, medical conditions, therapy and general wellbeing.

A timetable of the weekend’s sessions is as follows, although times and locations are subject to change. Final programs will be available at the door.


●10.45am – Tai Chi demonstrations (auditorium).

●11am – Simone Russell to discuss strokes (bowls room).

●11am – Chelsea Tanner on ‘Scentsy for all’ (snooker room).

●11.30am – Kat Rochford’s healthy food demonstration (auditorium).

●11.45am – Tracey Hudson’s laughter yoga (bowls room).

●11.45am – Gary Baker on ‘A journey into organic food and ketogenic life’ (snooker room).

●12.30pm – Pink Candy Arts demonstration with Gwenda Darling (auditorium).

●12.30pm – Angela Peris on finding happiness through depression (bowls room).

●1.15pm – Optimal health and wellness with Sally Holden (bowls room).

●2pm – Pat Lawson on mental health (snooker room).

●3pm – Angela Peris’ local retreat workshop (bowls room).


●11am – Rebecca Moore from beyondblue (bowls room).

●11.30am – Sally Holden on ‘manifesting your dream life’ (bowls room).

●11.30am – Pink Candy Art with Gwenda Darling (auditorium).

●12pm – Mindfulness and meditation with Simone Russell (bowls room).

●12.30 – Making health bliss balls with Kat Rochford (auditorium).
