Tocumwal’s reserves were determined to make Saturday’s game special for Corey Herezo and Reece Hardwidge who were playing milestone games ... and they delivered.

After kicking with the strong breeze in the first quarter and frittering away some opportunities, Tocumwal held a slim 21 point lead over Yarroweyah.

The players really dug deep and by half time the game was in their keeping with a 40 point lead.

Playing in his 100th reserves game for the club, Hardwidge was outstanding and has had a stellar season thus far.

The undermanned opposition tried hard but with Toc. not letting up they posted a solid win.

This was also a great team effort as every Blood played their role.

Under 14s: Another good effort from the junior Bloods last Saturday with some terrific team work displayed.

The ability of the older boys to bring the younger boys into the game was exceptional and the younger ones all stepped up and held their own.

Under 17s: Great game by all the Tocumwal boys.

The Bloods are playing some awesome football, working well as a team.

Reilly Rennick and Mitchell Reilly were great targets in front of goal and the defence was fantastic all game.

Let’s train hard and keep working towards finals!
