Is your business standing out from the crowd?
The Riverina Business Enterprise Centre will host a series of special workshops across the district next week aimed at helping you answer that question.
With a focus on ‘branding your business and marketing’, it will be delivered by small business branding specialist Kerry Chick.
Riverina BEC Central Murray business adviser Rowena Jackson says the workshop — to be held in Tocumwal next Tuesday — will cover ‘‘how to gain a competitive edge and your unique voice in the market place’’.
‘‘It will be a chance for businesses, whether they are new or well established, to become more aware of their identity and how they can stand out from the crowd.
‘‘Kerry has worked in marketing for over a decade and sees passionate and committed small business owners struggling to stand out from the crowd because they have not completed an initial brand strategy framework and have no true brand identity.
‘‘This lack of a branding strategy leads to confusion, mixed messages and actually creates barriers for customers to buy.
‘‘Let Kerry show you to how to get ahead of the competition by learning the essential steps to creating a stand-out brand strategy.’’
The Tocumwal session will be at the Kingswood Motel on Tuesday, July 11 from 6pm to 8pm. Cost to attend in $25.
