The ongoing development of the Finley Apex Sports & Community Centre has been assisted by Finley IGA.

Through its Community Chest program, the local business will continue to donate money to continue the works to upgrade the complex.

Some of the funding from IGA has contributed to the building of display cabinets in the foyer, in which local sporting memorabilia is presented.

In presenting the most recent donation to the committee recently, IGA’s Trevor McCaw got to meet some of the children who use the facility of a regular basis.

A new user group has also been added to the Finley Apex Sports & Community Centre, with the Finley Amateur Swimming Club using its rooms for meetings, training sessions and presentation nights.
