The accumulator commenced on Sunday when only 14 players participated.

It is hoped that more will be able to take part for the next six weeks.

Winners were Betty Robinson and Norm Barnes.

All bowlers are welcome to play, including those from the Bowlalong competition.

The green is excellent at the moment but few are taking advantage of this by not playing on Thursday.

The pennant results from last season must be forgotten but we must all continue to use these playing days for vital practice to improve the required skills.

The fundraiser held for the primary school resulted in an $891 benefit.

In excess of $6,000 has been raised for the school since the commencement of these evenings.

Subs are now due for the coming year.

Prices are as follows: Players $140; Junior players $15; and Social Members $10.

A special concession for Social Members is three years membership for only $20.

Condolence is expressed, from all members, to Joy Tuohy on her family loss.

Coming events: Tomorrow - DFP 1pm, Sunday - Second day of accumulator, 10.15am.

Raffle roster: Steve Beck and Laurie Walsh.
