Have your say on town’s look

A public meeting regarding the Berrigan entry signs and overall town concept will be held on Wednesday, July 5 at the Berrigan Community Club starting at 7pm.

Come along and have an input into the look of our community into the future. Everyone’s invited, young and old.

The evening will be presented by John Lane, Mark Ryan and Christine Marshall, with Berrigan Shire assistance.


Congratulations to Bruce Rendell who umpired his 300th senior game on June 17.

Bruce has been umpiring for over 20 years and at all league levels.

A great achievement by a quiet achiever.


The Berrigan Football Club has sent out invitations for its annual Patron’s Dinner, which will be held Saturday, July 8 at the clubrooms after the home game against Blighty.

For catering purposes could you please RSVP to Arlena Pyle or Stuart Schifferle.

The Berrigan Football Club will also be holding the goods and services auction on Saturday, July 22. A meal will be served at this function.

It is a great night and the community are invited to attend.


Tonight the Berrigan senior netballers will be coached by Robin Smith who did pre-season with the club.

All senior players are urged to attend. Training starts at 6pm.
