Under 14s: The younger Bloods were given the opportunity to play in key positions last week against Berrigan.

They all enjoyed this opportunity from their coach whilst being well supported by the older boys.

Pat gave good supply to Chase and Raymond, while Hayden and Jack finished off some good work up forward.

Under 17s: Great game from Toc. to win three in a row.

The boys are getting better each week, playing as a team and doing the little things for each other.

The side welcomed back Mitchell Reilly, who along with Zander Griffin (U/14s) had great games and were great targets in the forward line.

Tom H, Jesse B, Reilly and Tyrone all had solid games in the middle and ran all game. The boys who played in defence were solid and the run out of the backline was fantastic.

It was a great team effort with all players doing their bit.

Also great to see 2016 best and fairest winner Dylan Maxwell running around with the team again. Welcome back, Dylan.

Reserves: The twos, taking on a fifth placed Berrigan, struggled early conceding four first quarter goals to nil.

Kenny and Paul battled manfully against an experienced and bigger opposition and the Saints took a 33-point half time lead.

The Bloods were better after half time losing the second half by only two points.

Reece was outstanding, Kenny and Paul were good, and Glyn, Ben and Lachlan all made good contributions.
