Tidy Towns will be holding a roadside clean up on Sunday, meeting at the Luke Park office at 9am.
The Tidy Towns Committee is a Section 355 of Council, and advice has been received that this covers Tidy Town members only.
Only volunteers in organisations covered by their own insurance policies will now be eligible to join in the fun of future Tidy Towns working bees, so if you would like to lend a hand, ask your group or organisation to advise Council and Tidy Towns that you will be participating on June 25.
Strong gloves, sturdy shoes and supple backs are a requirement, and helpers will be rewarded with a sausage sizzle after the clean-up.
Become a member of Tidy Towns and save all the hassle!
