June 14, 2017

A 36 year-old man has had his driving privileges in all Australian states and territories suspended after being stopped by police in Tocumwal on Saturday.

Police stopped a car in Bruton St about 7.50pm for the purpose of a roadside random breath test.

The driver allegedly returned a positive reading and he was taken to Tocumwal Police Station where police said an official breath analysis reading of 0.146 was recorded.

The man was charged with mid-range prescribed content of alcohol, and his driver’s licence was suspended immediately pending a hearing at Finley Local Court.
